Matthew Leeper Construction is here to help you achieve the goals and dreams you have in mind for your home building and remodeling projects. It all starts with meeting you at the project site to listen to everything that you would like to see in your home improvement project. We will go over your budget, material and pricing options, and will be happy to help you with any planning or design services. After we have a clear idea of the products and services required to complete the project, Matthew Leeper Construction will provide you with a FREE ESTIMATE.

MOVING FORWARD ...
Once you decide to move forward with the project, we will produce
a typed contract and will review it with you. After the work has
begun, we will keep an open line of communication with you and
will complete the work according to our contract in a professional
and timely manner.  

OUR PROMISE ...
All work covered under our contract is guaranteed by Matthew
Leeper Construction for one year following completion (except manufactured items not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee).

A RELIABLE CONTRACTOR ...
We realize that trusting a contractor to do work on your home can sometimes be difficult.  We are always happy to provide references upon your request (previous MLC customers).
